In addition to giving the exhaust note an aggressive edge, these catalysts replace the cumbersome OEM catalyst units which contain a 600 cell secondary ceramic catalyst, with a free flowing 304 grade downpipe and sport Cat. None of the resonance issues associated with gutting the OEM catalysts.
