  • Aero and Body Components: Flow Designs items and similar aerodynamic modifications, due to the fragile nature of shipping large aesthetic parts, unless there is a clearly verified, documented manufacturing defect present immediately upon unboxing.
  • Time-Lapsed and Clearance Goods: Any items purchased on sale, clearance, or orders where the initial purchase date exceeds our generous 30-day window.
