Description

The 3.0 liter Twin Turbo I6 S55B30T0 engine in the BMW M3 & M5 (F80, F82, F83 platform) packs a powerful 425 BHP and 410ft/lbs of torqque. The most advanced M3 platform BMW has ever made. But with two huge catalyst bricks per exhaust bank, a lot of backpressure is created, increasing engine bay heat, restricting airflow and performance and limiting spool speed on the turbos. Particularly when applying ECU Tuning, the stock cats are very restrictive and an obstacle to gaining good power.

 

VelocityAP has designed a cat delete downpipe for the F80, F82 and F83 cars. Utilizing 304 Stainless throughout for supreme heat resistance and durability, minimal turbulence and restriction.

Removal of the stock catalysts dramatically improves the exhaust sound, letting the Inline 6 breathe.

These are a must for any big HP build. Pair with our ECU Tuning for maximum results.
