RacingLine’s R600 Coolant Underhose simply runs the unattractive factory coolant hose underneath the intake to give the clear, uncluttered look that your car and intake deserves.
As you’d expect from RacingLine, even a part as simple as this hose is carefully and thoughtfully engineered.
The hose is constructed from reinforced 4-ply reinforced silicone rubber to withstand the high pressures of the coolant system. It has an inner Flouro lining to be compatible with G12 and G13 coolant fluid used on MQB cars that is very aggressive to normal silicone.
This precision moulded temperature-resistant premium grade silicone rubber material will exceed any possible coolant temperatures and keep its rigidity to retain the perfect shape for the life of the car.
Very importantly, the hose comes with a new factory one-way valve incorporated, just like the original pipe has. Some coolant relocation pipes don’t include this valve – our strongest advice is don't run your car without it.
