The oversize holes on the factory brackets are designed to allow several degrees of 'twist' on the centre bearing carrier, causing unnecessary long-term stresses on the prop, bushes and bearings. That may be great to help the factory with quick production-line assembly, but over time will lead to accelerated wear on the bush and rubber housing from misalignment.
