Our IMS Oil Pan Spacer, designed to OEM standards, is made with factory-grade materials the same as the stock hardware for optimal durability and longevity. Featuring a unique slosh back lip, it ensures consistent oil flow and pressure under dynamic driving conditions such as rapid acceleration, sharp deceleration, and tight cornering. ideal for high-performance vehicles.
As we continue to push the boundaries of the 2.5 TFSI DAZA/DNWA engine well into the 1000+HP territory we find more of the factory supporting systems are beginning to lack.
Such as the factory oiling system. Under extreme conditions and power levels, we have found there to be a need for more oil volume to fight oil starvation under extreme straight line acceleration or hard cornering. After months of development and testing we are proud to release our signature Billet oil pan spacer kit!
