The best SAAB 9-5 performance intercooler pipe kit on the market!

This kit is for you with significant horsepower goals that want to upgrade to the absolute best! Our pressure pipe has considerably better airflow than the stock pipe. This has been verified in several tests both in car and in our own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench.

Significant advantages with do88 pressure pipes (OEM pipes):
- Air flow at 0,125bar/1,81psi pressure drop: 379CFM (288CFM), do88 32% higher! See diagram below.
- Designed to handle high pressure and temperatures!

The pressure pipe is manufactured in 2,5Ó; mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipe. CNC machined sensor flange for best fit.

Custom made high quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hoses can handle very high temperature and pressure!

Always remember that the OEM intercooler pipes and hoses was designed for the power level the car was built for and a power increase or even very hard use of the car in a standard version may cause that the OEM pipes and hoses donÕt have the performance you need. So only after engine software tune do88 pressure pipes will give a performance increase over the OEM pipes!

do88 pressure pipes comes with all hardware necessary for installation.

Included parts in this kit:
1. Aluminum pressure pipe
2. Installation hardware for pressure pipe
3. Four silicone hoses
3. Five T-bolt hose clamps
4. Three standard hose clamps
When you order this kit, there is one choice that needs to me made:

Color:
Three different hose colors are avalible Blue / Black / Red. There are no performance difference between the different colors, choose which color you think will be best for your car.

Fits: SAAB 9-5
Year models: 1998-*2001
Engine: All 4-cylinder Turbo except V6 and Diesel. 2,0T / 2,3T / Aero (B205 B235)
Does not fir cars with automatic transmision.

*If you have year model 2001, check that you temperature/pressure sensor is not screwed into flange with 2 screws! If it is this is wrong pressure pipe for your car!

*The sensor attached behind the intercooler pipe may have to be slightly relocated.
