So, if you find a competitor's lower price (including GST and delivery charges) on the same in-stock item that’s available for same-day delivery or collection, we'll do our best to match it or beat it! SHIPPING:
All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after full payment has been made unless otherwise stated. Special order* parts may take longer to process and thus require a shipment and dispatch time of more than 2 business days.
Only FULL orders will be shipped.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEM:
Special order items include any items that is not advertised on our website or not in stock, Advertised items that we do not carry in large quantities.
Wheels and Tyres - We do stock popular sizes and styles, but do not have all items in stock.
Unitronic Items - As an Authorized Unitronic Dealer, we advertise everything to the public to show options and to display their range. We do not everything in stock at all times.
RETURN POLICY:
If ordered within 30 days item(s) may be returned for store credit, less original shipping charges and any extra incurred fees. Items must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging (undamaged). Customer pays return shipping on all returns unless otherwise instructed by HARRYS EURO LTD . Please allow 10 days for processing on refunds or exchanges.
Parts returned/Orders cancelled are subject to a 20% restocking/Handling fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable and customer pays return shipping. Orders over 30 days and parts which have been installed are non-returnable. Special order items are not refundable. All parts not installed by an authorized mechanic will void any/all warranty/guarantee. Special order items, electronic items (items with electrical components such as coils, switches etc) ,LIQUI MOLY Products and on sale/clearance items are non-returnable/refundable. Original receipt(s) must be provided for any form of considered refund.
Flow Designs items are non-returnable / non-refundable for any reason except a manufacturing defect.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from time of purchase are non refundable for cash or any other services such as fitment of parts. Gift vouchers are redeemable only once. It is up to the purchaser to ensure the voucher is used within 6 months. Vouchers can be redeemed against any advertised parts on our website.
