The CTS Gen3 Jetta Intake Adapter is used when connecting the CTS-IT-220.3 intake kit to the OEM rear PCV connection.  This part comes as pictured with the 1" silicon connection to easily slide over the connection on your CTS-IT-220.3.  This is a replacement part and is included with each CTS-IT-220.3 when purchased new from CTS and our dealers. Not required for CTS-IT-220R
