Instantly increase ground clearance with the push of a button

The KW HLS Evolution System allows the vehicle to be lifted within seconds, making it possible to smoothly transverse speed bumps, railway crossings, construction sites, and steep driveways without worry and loss of vehicle components. This prevents damage to aerodynamic components, underbody protection, or the oil pan. Depending on the car model and configuration of the installed Hydraulic Lift System, the vehicle can be raised up to 45 millimeters at the front axle or both axles.

Depending on the vehicle type and model, we offer HLS as a vehicle-specific solution with optional KW coilovers. Now, the HLS 2 Evolution with an upgraded pump for front axle lifting is available. Those who want to raise the entire vehicle simultaneously, the HLS 4 is the choice. We are currently working diligently to offer an HLS 4 Evolution with an upgraded pump. For vehicles not yet included in the KW HLS delivery program, our engineers have developed a universal lift system.

HLS - A convincing solution by KW

For a wide range of super sports cars and a variety of compact models, we offer our HLS 2 Evolution and HLS 4. All components (hydraulic lines, hydraulic pump, and more) are perfectly tailored to the vehicle and harmonize seamlessly. The new HLS 2 Evolution is already available for sale for the Ferrari F12 and the Porsche 992 C2.

The HLS is combinable with the vehicles serial suspension or our globally recognized KW suspensions - the choice is yours. KW has already been chosen by prestigious companies in the international automotive industry, including Alpina, BMW M, Manthey, Mercedes-Benz AMG, Novitec Rosso, and many others.

All HLS Evolution key benefits at a glance:

• Available as a complete solution, including KW coilovers or as a retrofit kit for KW coilovers or OEM suspensions
• HLS activation through an LED button inside the vehicle or optionally through a remote control
• Activatable at speeds of up to 80 km/h

HLS 2 Evolution comes with numerous advantages

The HLS 2 Evolution (formerly HLS 2) now comes with an upgraded pump. It operates more quietly and saves approximately 3-4 kilograms in weight. In most cases, the HLS 2 Evolution is attachable less intrusively and can be integrated well into the engine compartment. Due to its optimized size, installation in the trunk is eliminated. The magnetic valve used to be susceptible to contamination. Now, it has been redesigned and improved.

How the KW Hydraulic Lift System works

A hydraulic cylinder is mounted between the spring plate and the spring on the KW spring strut. The significant advantage of our hydraulic system is that there is no compression of the extended cylinder unit during driving, resulting in undesired spring motions. This ensures that the optimized driving dynamics are maintained.

All HLS variants come with a control unit. It is connected to the vehicle's onboard electronics. This allows the vehicle to automatically lower itself to the original ground clearance of the KW coilovers or OEM suspension above a certain speed.
