Pricing
Inspection Fee: From $150 NZD
Includes the first hour of inspection/admin time.
Additional time charged at $50 per half-hour (if required).
Re-checks or Re-classifications charged as per IHRA standard rates.
Required: IHRA Membership & Logbook
IHRA NZ Membership + Logbook: $60 NZD (paid directly to IHRA via their online form).
- We recommend completing payment online before your appointment to speed things up.
- Your logbook is issued once the vehicle passes inspection.

Do I need a tech inspection/logbook?
Generally, you’ll need a current NZ tech inspection/logbook if your vehicle runs quicker than
11.00 seconds (1/4 mile), or you’re entering specific competition classes.
If you’re unsure, send us your vehicle specs and expected ET and we’ll advise.
